At Rubagiftshop®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible for return. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
